Chris is a licensed professional geologist in Saskatchewan and British Columbia with over 40 years experience in the natural resources industry, covering all aspects from early stage exploration, through development, to production. He is currently President of Galaxy Capital Corp. Immediately prior to joining Galaxy on March 1, 2012, he was President and CEO of Titan Uranium Inc, a Tier 1 TSX-V listed company, which recently closed a merger with Energy Fuels Inc, a TSX listed company. Chris held senior positions with Cameco Corporation, the world's largest uranium producer. He was involved in the discovery and development of the world's two largest high grade uranium deposits: Cigar Lake and McArthur River. Chris also worked extensively on the Deep Bay West graphite project for Cameco predecessor Saskatchewan Mining Development Corporation in the 1980’s.
Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Wales, Swansea. He also served as the national president of the Geological Society of Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum. In addition to belonging to several key industry associations, he has also published several scientific papers on resource and reserve evaluations. He is a Director of Carmax Mining Corp and Ansell Capital Corp.
Rahoul ‘s career brings over 25 years of finance and accounting experience with public and private natural resource companies at the management and board levels, concentrating in fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and financial reporting. He is a principal in KJN Management, a company specializing in real estate development and construction, administrative, management and financial services, and orchestrating and facilitating the IPO process for resource companies. Rahoul currently serves as a director and officer of several public companies, playing an active role in corporate development and strategic planning. Rahoul holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.
Bev has over 25 years office administration experience. She has worked with a number of junior exploration companies for 14 years. Bev actively oversees the general and corporate administration of the company. She currently serves as a director and officer of several public companies.
Matthew G Wright CA. has been a Chartered Accountant for over 20 years. He originally qualified in England 1990. In 1995 he relocated to Vancouver Canada and successfully acquired his Canadian C A. designation in 1997. Mr. Wright worked in public practice in both the UK and Canada until 2005 at which time he established his own accounting firm where he now provides accounting and consultancy services to over 100 personal tax clients and numerous companies both publically listed and private.
Mr. Wright commenced assisting various TSX venture issuers with the preparation of their quarterly and annual filings in 2005, and in November 2010 was appointed CFO of Galaxy Capital Corp, Carmax Mining Corp and Ansell Capital Corp.
